- I've been elected Secretary of Mass. Mental Health Counselor Association! What an amazing way to see advocacy in action for LMHC's!
- Look for Megan Mountcastle, HHC and myself in the winter catalog for Brookline Adult Education! It's still in the works, but we hope to be teaching a class for women on stress management and healthy living!

I think that's about everything that's happening here! It's getting darker and darker, earlier and earlier, so those of you who are utilizing light therapy-time to turn on those "day lights" for at least a half hour in the mornings!
