He and I both were taking some continuing ed classes together at a local university and happened to be enrolled in the same hiking class. We got to know one another, and really had a terrific courtship all because of this class. We were ourselves reveling in our individual singleness when the right person just happened to come along. Sometimes you will definitely find what you are looking for in places where you will least expect it. Love the blog!therapyhttp://www.goodtherapy.org/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3855644485548386772.post-22681665941919013052008-07-22T14:48:00.000-04:002008-07-22T14:48:00.000-04:00I had (have?) ppd, and medication was an important therapy for me, although it was deeply saddening to stop breastfeeding.<BR/><BR/>I do wish some of the talk about treatment of ppd would focus on things like -- providing practical assistance to the mother so that she can get a little more sleep, etc. I have always been more suseptible to the "undertow" of depression when run-down and overly tired.
